Perimeter And Livestock Fencing
Ranch rail, wire and mesh each do a different job, and most parcels need more than one. Rail marks a frontage and looks the part, wire and mesh contain animals over distance, and pipe handles corrals where the abuse is concentrated.
We walk and measure the full boundary before quoting, because guesswork on a run this long is how people end up with a surprise.

Pipe and cable corrals take daily contact and stay put. Cross fencing divides pasture and turnout, and it is usually the part owners add after the perimeter is in.

Gates on acreage take tractors, trailers and feed trucks. We set posts deeper, brace properly, and size hardware for the actual span so a wide gate still swings level after years of use.

About Lakeview
Lakeview sits in the San Jacinto Valley between Perris and Hemet, an unincorporated farming community named for its view across what was once Mystic Lake, a shallow body of water that appears in wet years on the floor of the valley.
The land around it has been farmed for generations, and the Ramona Expressway running through it is the road most people know it by. Nearby Nuevo shares the same rural character, and the San Jacinto Wildlife Area preserves a large stretch of open ground and wetland to the north.
It is the least suburban place we work, and that shows in the fencing. Livestock, equipment and long boundaries are the norm, and a fence is judged entirely on whether it does its job over a distance.
