Fencing On Ground That Slopes
The name means beautiful hill, and that hill is the first thing a fence line has to deal with. Plenty of Loma Linda lots fall away toward the back or run along a grade, so a straight fence is never quite as simple as it looks on paper. The choice is between stepping the panels down, which looks deliberate and holds a clean top line, or racking them to follow the slope, which closes the gap along the bottom.

Loma Linda is best known for two things that turn out to be connected: its university and medical center, and the longevity of the people who live here.
