A tract fence that has been up twenty years is usually replaceable in sections rather than all at once, and that is worth knowing before you budget for the whole line. We will walk it and show you which posts are still holding.
Where a full replacement makes sense, vinyl and wood are both good options here. Vinyl takes the maintenance away, wood costs less and repairs one board at a time.
The side gate is the most used part of most fences and the first to sag. We set gate posts deeper, brace the frame and size the hardware to the span so it still closes properly in a few years.
Where the driveway allows, an RV gate turns a side yard into usable storage, and it is one of the better value improvements on a standard lot.

Most jobs here fall into three categories. Replacing wood fencing that has gone grey and loose, tying a new run neatly into existing block wall, and fitting a side or RV gate where the lot has the room but the builder never bothered.
Sun does most of the damage in this part of the valley. South facing runs dry out, boards cup and fasteners loosen, and posts that were set shallow start leaning. None of that is unusual and most of it is repairable if the posts held.
